I am a coach and trainer with over twenty-six years’ experience working in large, high pressure corporate environments.
I started coaching as a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), running workshops, doing ‘classic’ coaching and NLP training alongside my career.
Since then my work has been changed by Syd Banks’ work commonly known as “The Three Principles”, Nancy Kline’s “Time To Think”, the Enneagram, Presence Intelligence and all the great teachers listed below.
Despite my corporate background, I believe the magic of coaching reaches way beyond material goals; and that presence and spiritual nourishment are key in our coaching journeys.
My dream is a world full of peaceful influencers—professional people who have developed the peace, grounding and presence to function healthily in themselves and be beacons of healthy creativity, influencing the world around them.
My teachers over many years are as diverse as they are distinguished: Dr. Richard Bandler, John LaValle, Paul McKenna, Eric Robbie, Owen Fitzpatrick, Gabriel Guerrero, Michael Neill, Ron Perry, Michael Perez, Chris Morris, Dr. Robert Holden, Katie Abbott and Pause Place, Bill Cumming, Philip Farber and, in my early NLP training, John Plester and Sue Bayliss.
“Stephen is one of those few individuals who continuously searches for new ideas. He asks intelligent questions and can figure out his own answers as well. Plus he is a great guy. Give yourself a chance and meet him.”
