I define wellness in this context as a peaceful grounding in which we feel present and connected to life. It can be challenging, I know, but I believe that from peaceful grounding, we are wiser, more resourceful, more creative, with better thinking and greater clarity. We are also happier.
My work consists of:
My work is therapeutic, restorative and constructive—a powerful journey of learning, deep self-discovery and transformational change—and I invite you to take that journey with me.
This is my group project in development to support people like you becoming peaceful influencers—professional people with the grounding and presence to not only function healthily in themselves, but also be beacons of healthy creativity, positively influencing the world around them.
Please keep an eye out for announcments related to that project.

Coaching is a space in which we can slow down, explore deeply and act to spark the magic in each of us. Sometimes I think of it as the healing space, in which we release stress, reset and renew. Sometimes I think of it as the thriving space in which we build on that to become the peaceful influencers in our lives and works. It’s really the same space, the only difference is where we start.
I specialise in working with professional people.
My training events are also aimed at professionals, but also at my coaching colleagues who want to expand their communication skills and personal resourcefulness.
I am a professionally trained coach and coaching trainer-mentor with over 27 years’ experience working in large corporate environments. I have been a coach since 2006. My work draws on practical Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and spiritual principles for happier, more successful living.
In addition to being trained in business coaching, I am a certified Pause Place Advanced Practitioner, certified Presence Intelligence Coach and an Advanced Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Despite my corporate background, I believe the magic of coaching reaches way beyond material goals and that presence and spiritual nourishment are key to any meaningful coaching journey.
I don‘t just want you to deal with some problems and goals. I want you to experience a ground of being that allows you to meet any problem or goal. This is why I put so much emphasis on ground of being in my work.
I also believe:
Our work is not about me changing you as if you are wrong. It’s not about me rescuing you as if you are a child. It’s not about me giving you my wisdom as if you lack your own. You have all the resources. Our work is about creating and sharing a deep thinking space to realise them.
I don’t believe in chasing success to become happy. I believe in making time for our success projects because we’re happy.
Start with happiness. Start with wellness. Succeed from there.
