We need to stop falling for our excuses if we want change to happen

We’ve all been there. We want to get fit, lose weight, sort things out, spend more time with our family, but we don’t do it. When it comes time, we take our emotional temperature and decide to put it off another day.

It’s important to be compassionate with ourselves.

It’s okay to say, not today.

However, if we really do want to change something, there comes a point we have to stop falling for our own excuses, especially about not being ready.

There really isn’t much more to say than that. This is an invitation. An invitation to look at where we keep making excuses in our own lives and ask ourselves, is it time to stop falling for that excuse?
