Every month, I offer a free online group coaching space exploring peace of mind. It happens in the evening, generally 8.30pm and runs for about an hour. As they’re online, you don’t need to leave your home. You can join on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. It’s really easy!
We’ll assemble. We’ll slow right down. We’ll experience the quiet and connect with the peace in the space. I may ask you to share a word or two to speak yourself into the room, but you don’t have to. You can be silent if you prefer. Once we’ve created a peaceful thinking space. I’ll share. What I share could be a mix of insights, stories, practices and gentle meditative enquiry.
There is nothing you have to do but be present. All I ask is that you join the space from a peaceful, quiet, private place.
Reserve your place using the link below. I use EventBrite to manage the reservations. When you register you will receive an email with an event link. When the event is about to start, just click on that link to join. It really is easy!
These meetings use Zoom video. Zoom is a free application and when you click on the link you’ll be guided to download and install it. Please allow ten minutes before the session starts to do that. It’s even better if you download Zoom ahead of time.
If that happens, please cancel your reservation to free your place up for someone else.
