Join us to experience some peaceful mind. It’s free, it’s open and you’re welcome.
This is a free space offered every month for anyone to join and share in an experience of peaceful mind. It happens in the evening, generally 8.30pm and runs for about an hour.
As these sessions are online, you don’t need to leave your home. You can join on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. It’s really easy!
We’ll assemble. We’ll slow right down. We’ll connect with the peace in the space. Then we’ll enjoy the therapeutic magic of sharing the space.
You can share something in the space if you are drawn to do so. It could be a question. It could be something to explore. You don’t have to, though. You can just listen if you wish to.
There really is nothing you have to do but be present. All I ask is that you join the space from a peaceful, quiet, private place.
These meetings use Zoom video. Zoom is a free application and when you click on the link you’ll be guided to download and install it. Please allow ten minutes before the session starts to do that. It’s even better if you download Zoom ahead of time.
These group spaces are free but places are limited. To attend, you need to register at the links below.
The next space is Monday 25th March at 8.45pm.
To avoid disappointment, get advanced notice and an early booking opportunity for future spaces by registering for the free, fortnightly supportive coaching letter. See the box below this one.
