Stephen Woolston, Coach and NLP Trainer in Maidstone and London

Hi, I’m Stephen.

I am a professional coach, trainer and mentor with over 27 years’ experience working in large, high pressure corporate environments.

I first started coaching in 2005, starting a professional practice in 2006. My first experiences were with traditional business coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I ran workshops, offered ‘classic’ coaching and delivered NLP training alongside my consulting career.

Since then my coaching style has evolved a lot. It has been influenced Sydney Banks’ work, “The Three Principles”, Nancy Kline’s “Time To Think”, Coaching with the Enneagram, Bill Cumming and Katie Abbott’s “Pause Place”.

My work today is still about professional success, but with an emphasis on wellness. I am not interested in success without wellness. I also don’t believe in the old idea of being successful in order to become peaceful. I believe in becoming successful because we’re peaceful.

I live in Maidstone and work internationally through Zoom video conferencing.
